Heat-fusion timing
Welding temperature 260 °C ±10 °C. Times are heating contact / max joining / full cooling. Always verify against your tool's calibration.
| Outside diameter (mm) | Heating contact time | Max joining time | Full cooling time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ø16 | 5 s | 4 s | 2 min |
| Ø20 | 5 s | 4 s | 2 min |
| Ø25 | 7 s | 4 s | 2 min |
| Ø32 | 8 s | 6 s | 4 min |
| Ø40 | 12 s | 6 s | 4 min |
| Ø50 | 18 s | 6 s | 4 min |
| Ø63 | 24 s | 8 s | 6 min |
| Ø75 | 30 s | 10 s | 8 min |
Joint may handle pressure only after full cooling. Apply axial force during joining time, hold steady during cooling.
